PASTELS is a company founded in 1991 based on the ICN1994 company :
- 1991 -1994 : Creation of PASTELS
- 2011 2015 : Aquisition of the company business by Antoine Soler
- 2015 : Financial partnership and purchase of MG2 CREATION ( Design and manufacturer of outwear and swimwear fabrics).
- 2016 : Partnership with Société Nouvelle Tissage Carret : weaving silk and custom silk
